Depending on your organization's account, you will use one of the following methods to apply for direct deposit (aka EFT aka electronic funds transfer).
First, we need to figure out which area you should use to log in to apply for EFT.
Method 1
If you had a paid account with Network for Good before switching to our new system, you will log in with an email address on the left-hand side of this page: http://www.networkforgood.com/login-2/
Once logged in, you will need to click on the tab My Organization Info.
Next, look for the Disbursement Details section, and click the button Register for EFT.
After you've filled out the form and clicked submit, the window will close. The button that had said Register for EFT will now read Print EFT.
Don't forget the important last step.
Method 2
If you never had a paid account with Network for Good before signing up for your subscription to peer-to-peer, donation pages, events, and/or donor management this past year, you will use your organization's EIN to either log in or register on the right-hand side of this page: http://www.networkforgood.com/login-2/
Once you've logged in, click on the link Apply for Direct Deposit under Account Info and follow the instructions that follow.
IMPORTANT: After you've submitted your application electronically by either method, you will need to print it out, sign it, and send it to our office along with a voided check. We do require an original check.
Please mail your signed EFT application and voided check to:
Network for Good - EFT Dep't.
1140 Connecticut Avenue NW, Suite 700
Washington, DC 20036
We understand that some organizations are unable to submit an actual voided check. If you would still like to apply for EFT, any ONE of these alternate forms of documentation are also acceptable:
- You may provide a letter from your bank confirming that your organization holds an account there. The letter, which must be on the bank’s letterhead and signed by a representative of the bank, must reference your organization’s name, EIN (tax ID) number, account number, and the routing number for direct deposit purposes.
- Alternatively, we can accept an original deposit slip (not scanned) that has your organization’s name and address pre-printed on it.
- Another option is to send us a page of your bank statement that displays your organization’s name and full account number. (If you choose this option, please feel free to black out any confidential information from your bank statement.)
Of course, you will continue to receive checks in the mail until you're approved to receive disbursements via EFT.
