Did you know you can track e-mails sent to your contacts even if you don’t send them through Donor Management? It’s true! We love this feature and we’re pretty sure you will, too. Maybe you’re sending e-mails via our partner, Constant Contact, or using a Gmail account. Either way, it’s a simple and lightning-quick addition that will help you maintain more accurate communication records.
Before you send an e-mail to a contact, include the following address as a
BCC recipient:
The ‘subdomain’ portion of this e-mail address comes from your Donor Management login link.
Example: If your organization’s login link is nfg123.dm.networkforgood.com, add the email address nfg123@inbound.dm.networkforgood.com as a BCC recipient.
That’s it! If the person you’re e-mailing is a contact in your Donor Management account, you’ll be able to see this communication in your account. You’ll also be able to tell whether the contact viewed the e-mail by looking at the contact’s profile from the Contacts screen.
Questions? We’re here to help! E-mail us at donormanagement@networkforgood.com, we’d love to show you how it works.
