How do I delete a ticket type?

There is no way to completely remove a ticket from your Events campaign. You can, however, hide tickets from appearing on the event campaign page.

In order to hide a ticket:
  1. Log into your administrative account (e.g. at https://my-non-profit-organization.networkforgood.com/admins/sign_in).
  2. You should now be on your My Campaigns page, where all of your active campaigns are listed.  If not, click on Campaigns on the gray menu bar at the top of your page.
  3. Find your event from your list of campaigns and click on Event Dashboard.
  4. Scroll down to the Ticket Types section. Click Edit next to the ticket that you want to hide.
  5. Simply set the values for Ticket Availability Begins and Ticket Availability Ends to any set of dates in the past. When ticket types are not currently available, they do not appear on the event campaign page and users cannot purchase them.
  6. Click Update Ticket Type to save your changes. Check out your saved changes on your event page by clicking on the name of the event at the top of the event dashboard.

Congratulations!  You've successfully hidden your ticket from public view!
