The new platform's reporting feature only includes donations and ticket sales from campaigns built on that platform. To view donations that still come through DonateNow campaign pages or come in through our partner channels (e.g. Charity Navigator, CrowdRise), you will need to log in to your old DonateNow account and view your reports there.
To log in to your DonateNow account, go to our website, click
Login in the top right corner and log in using the form on the left-hand side of the page where it says
Log in to Donation Pages, Constant Contact, or Events.
